April and May @ WPPC

Tuesday, April 25th:  11:30am – Bread for the Journey – a simple worship Communion worship service.  (After worship, those who would like to will go out to Katy’s for lunch together.)

Sunday, April 30th:  10:00am – Children and Youth Led Worship Service – Come and gather for worship as our youth and children lead us in a worship service calling us to consider how we are the Family of God.

Tuesday, May 2nd:  5:30pm – Church Dinner and Presentation on Nicaragua – Sarah Woodard will present on the work of the Center for Development in Central America.  The Deacons will host a taco/burrito church dinner.  All are welcome!

Sunday, May 7th:  10:00am – Scots Sunday at WPPC – Come and worship as we remember and give thanks for our Scottish Presbyterian ancestors of our faith.  We will draw upon the rich well of Scots music.  Wear your kilt, tartan, or plaid!

Thursday, May 11th:  11:30am – Young at Hearts Luncheon – Emile will present a program on the MS Prinsendam which burned and sank off Alaska in 1980.  Emile’s grandmother was a passenger on that voyage.

Sunday, May 21st:  5:00pm – Annual Church Picnic – Come to the Trinity United Methodist Activity Center for our annual church picnic.  Come for a cookout, games, songs, fellowship and more!
